Shipping & Returns Policies - Orders

Order Confirmation: 
You will get an email to confirm your order as soon as you've finished checking out on our online store. This indicates that we have pre-authorized your payment for the transaction and have accepted your order in our system. You will be given the choice to cancel your order or choose an alternate item if, for any reason, your item is out of stock.

Order Shipment: 
Within five working days after the date of your order, we will try to ship out your product. Within 24 hours of your item leaving the warehouse, we will e-mail the tracking details to the email address you supplied at checkout. Please contact us at info@greycornersofas.co.uk if, for any reason, you have not received tracking information from us within three business days of placing your purchase.

Damages: 
As soon as your item(s) arrive, please make sure to carefully examine the packing; if you see any damage, you should notify it while signing for delivery. Please mark the delivery note as DAMAGED and refuse delivery if you have any issues about the packing or the item. Then, either we will send you a replacement right away or a complete refund. We won't be able to repair the order or give you a refund if the courier damages the package but it is not noted as damaged when it arrives and the delivery is denied.

 Cancellations & Refunds: 
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, please send an email to info@greycornersofas.co.uk to let us know right away. You (the buyer) will be liable for the return shipping costs if your purchase has already been shipped. All returns must reach us within 14 days of the day you received your item(s) in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Only the original payment method that you used to place your order will be eligible for a refund.

We do not store payment card details nor do we share customer information with any third parties.
